is he a ufa at the end of his deal? just curious. not sure what is value is but I thought Nashville might move him last year when he had a couple years of term

Yeah UFA, that's why I'm interested. If he was an RFA his value would be way too high at that cap hit but interested since he's a UFA

If Nashville were to move him, theyd probably want a 1st plus best prospect they can get (probably Cish level).

Dont know why they'd move him though... out of the centers they have on the team, Novak was far and away the most productive. The only one that paced at above 50 points per full season.

Not a lot, dude is literally running the jeannot career path. Hits a massive shooting % spike with great on ice luck (pdo, on is shooting%/save%) and super soft zone starts.
Unless nashville can find another sucker, they're better off holding on to him

Because he's a pending UFA and in their situation I think it's best to cash in now at his highest value
