I did this exercise too to see what it's like having Mitch and Willy in 2025
Expecting to have the cap increases at $4M/yr, as presently forecast, it seems very possible. Question marks are Bertuzzi and Tavares extensions, but let's face it, Tavares would have to take a huge discount to stay in TML. If not they have to let him walk.
That's probably easy enough to say.

Way too much $$$$ and term for some of those aging UFAs. RFASs get more.

Gotta add a 93 to the end of marners contract, Willy ain’t getting 10M Brodie isn’t getting a raise he’ll go down to 3.5, Sam lafferty isn’t getting 3M no way

Too much for Brodie, Lili gets more & no to Staal … and no way the leafs sign Bert to $6.5M and then play JT as 3LW with Kampf 2C 🤯. You have maybe room left to re-sign Woll (RFA) but we still run a 20 man roster? I don’t think that’s the long term plan so no…
