Don;t know if its enough for CGY, (maybe its because you haven;t removed the 4th from TOR), but the 3rd is meh, but you'd have to HUGE faith in Niemala for it to be enough for CGY. So its niemala and a less than 1 round difference of picks for CGY? Probably not enough, and you're still way over the cap
