Timmins gotta stay

Agreed after his performance tonight he has to timmins>jarnkrok

It's part of the reason I didn't love the Klingberg signing. I thought we should have used the money on a more defensive, physical guy. AND give Timmins a long leash too see if he could be the offensive type of guy we needed. He clearly showed great signs last year. So Klingberg (although a more proven commodity) seemed redundant considering we had Timmins.

Anyways, time will tell what will happen.

He looked good last year to and ended up the #9 Dman after the TDL passed

Unless there is an injury I just dont see him playing as come next TDL hes gonna be for sure pushed out again.

And for those who go move Jarnkrok look what teams are asking Ottawa for to move Joseph. Sure wont cost us a 1st but teams may go why should we help you make room attach a 3rd to him or more.

Even Jarnkrok is a tough trade with his M NTC. Of course Timmins should stay, Leafs need 7 NHL Dmen.
But why is the easily replaceable Lafferty on so many Leaf team posts. If anything Holmgren should be Leaf.
