Olofsson is just the current whipping boy for the crybaby fans who absolutely NEED someone/something to complain about

Guys that score goals have value
A hell of a lot more value than a 7th round draft pick
Trading him for that is just plain STUPID

they wont trade olofsson for a 7th or it wouldve already happened, but they will definitely trade him to add kane.

Youre the one talking about not needing a team of all stars, i assume by extension that means wanting a forward group that can defend a little? Olofsson is one of the worst defensive forwards in the league. Getting rid of him makes sense, he's hoffman 2.0 maybe worse. On the other hand, kane might be the only forward worse than him defensively lol. I guess Sabres gonna Sabres.

Getting rid of Olofsson is fine
Dumping him for a 7th is STUPID

Guys that can score have value
If we are getting rid of him, it should be to help improve our team
And to your point, Kane isn’t much different (or even better) at this point
