But anyway, I'd rather have Jarventie as the 1st line C in Belleville than 4th line Winger in Ottawa

Kubliak is a good 3rd liner who can slide up the the 2nd if needed, getting him for next to nothing is tempting!

It would probably be more like a 4th but the Sharks could make a nice profit with him. Not only he'd play for you this season but with good linemates and some PP time, you'd get a much better return at the deadline, teams will pay to get a good secondary scorer or to replace an injured forward.

They do have an open forward slot with Lindblom being waived! How about a 5th and we split the difference! Only because we know how desperate you guys are to clear cap space before the season starts.
