Rather keep Lekkerimaki even before considering the pick addition. He's on an absolute tear in Sweden. When Boeser's deal is up, they'll need him.

I love how Lekkermaki is doing, but I don't think he's at the same level as Johnson.

Sure, that's fine but the potential is showing why he was regarded as a top 10 talent. That line is also a nightmare waiting to happen. They'll get bullied.

doesn't really seem like Kent Johnson is worth that package id rather get a player like Andersson from the flame for that package.

Oh, yeah Lekkermaki is looking way better, definitely a good start. I'm not usually a fan of drafting players when their only outstanding characteristic is their shot, but it looks like he's starting to develop the rest of his game. I wanted Lambert.

Anyway, I agree that is not the line. Johnson is going to the AHL first thing after we sign him to play top-line center and then we'll see when he's ready to call up. Hopefully he will be able to come back at some point during that same season, but I think you've got to be ok with him down there for the rest of the year. Podz, maybe could come up at some point too, but I'm generally inclined to give him the whole season. Baines is clearly the first call up IMO.

Also, I don't necessarily disagree that if you throw in a first you maybe don't want to do this trade.
