Can’t see Lindholm getting 3+ 1sts of value. He’ll get something closer to what Horvat got

Every trade has 6+ pieces involved grimace.

-I don't think CBJ is in the position where they would go out an acquire Lindholm or that they would have cap space. BOS or WSH are probably better destinations.
-No reason for SJ to include a former 1st round selection for that package. Topi Ronni being investigated for rape is going to make him undesirable.
-Leafs are probably not looking to trade two roster players for one.
-No team is trading a top-5 protected pick for Hanifin.

Meh, wanted to swap some Depth Players at the same time

Bean & Peeke’s Cap Hit off-set Lindholm’s and their players they want to move on from anyways. BOS doesn’t want to give up anything decent and WSH says they’re good with Kuznetsov and Strome.

CLB secures Johnny Gaudreau’s favourite Centre and they need a 1C anyways

Yes, I believe in innocent until proven guilty, but I figured he’d be able to fly under the radar easier there and play with more FINN’s. I included him to balance it out for Wiesblatt, but could easily send a 2nd or 3rd+3rd Pick instead

Let me ask you this, how accurate are the Cap Friendly Depth Charts!? Guys like Jett Woo (VAN for example) and Ozzy Wiesblatt were Picked High, but aren’t particularly good and they’re at the bottom of the CF Depth Chart

Well currently it’s only one Roster Player = Jarnkrok to make the Cap Work and the other = Liljegren is injured and not trusted in the situations they want and desperately need Tanev for

If not Top-5, which is ARI continues their okay likely doesn’t happen, right!? Then what!? Top-10 Protected!? I think Picks after 15-20th overall are not much better than 2nd & 3rd Round Picks and are essentially just lottery tickets

Lindholm > Horvat therefore should get a better return and I believe Sign & Trades are more valuable because there’s Security & Cost Certainty in advance

I know Sillinger’s still Young, but is really still considered to be worth a 1st!? I mean, his trajectory has been going in the wrong direction. Is he any better than Aatu Raty!? All of that’s debatable, no!?

Like I said above, is a former 25th Overall Pick much different than a low 2nd, especially when you have Jiricek and Severson locked in for the foreseeable future!?

So what do we have left, Beauvillier vs. Bean + Peeke, which most CLB Fams have said are worth a 3rd + 4th and that they’re both done with them and that they won’t be around next season. I sent Oesterle as a Depth replacement and a Former 3rd Pick I doubt we’ll sign to balance it out

Seems fair to me other than maybe making it Top-10 Protected. I don’t know 🤷‍♂️ I’m always open to suggestions (well not always, but you know what I mean lol) 😜
