John Gibson already said NO to Toronto.

And Patrick Kane isn't signing with no Canadian team. Especially not for that.

If they were to trade Marner, I feel this is somewhere close to how it would go. Starting goalie, good middle six player with term, and some futures. Zellweger looks like he could be a top pair d for years but he's still just a prospect, so it could take a higher pedigree prospect like Drysdale, although I'm not sure he's any better realistically. In the end, the winning side gets the best player in a deal like this, and the Leafs would be wishing they didn't do it in less than two years time. Unless Gibson goes for a Conn Smythe or something lol
