Finally a new GM could have a different vision than from the past regime, which also means a brand new coaching staff that approaches the game very differently


I'm taking my time to develop Kleven, Sogaard, Ostapchuk and Jarventie. They'll get games when injuries and graduate if they stick or the following season

I'd like to move on from Hamonic and MacEwen but Dorion gave them a NMC (Hamonic) and term (3 years for MacEwen)

You eventually trade Brannstrom when Kleven is fully ready to graduate. Same with a forward when Jarventie or Ostapchuk are ready. You promote Sogaard to backup when Forsberg's deal expires.

Forsberg AAV saved in 2025-26 and Giroux's reduced salary allows to extend Chychrun
