Tippet is the type of player that could transform our top 6 with a bit of continued development. It's a bit of a risk but high high reward if it hits. I think tocchet would love him.

Tippet would be a nice add, if available. I think Phili would be asking for more though. At least a better prospect. Bloom just got sent to ECHL.
