this works money-wise. girard's contract is on the books for the avs rn.

idk if the trade works, but i think olausson, meyers (or a third), and a 1st is a start.

What do they do when Girard comes back? I think they're going to try this new 2nd line - Drouin/Colton/Wood - for a while and see if it can produce. Lindholm probably isn't in the cards for the Avs but, if they can't get the 2nd line figured out, they may have to try like hell to get him or someone similar.
