Oh, Guy... You confort me greatly since I disagree with most of your opinions. I even had to take you out my ignore list just to write you this thoughfull message. Happy new year.

And btw adding three high drafted fowards under 25 y.o., all over 6'1", ain't nothing.

I'd be okay if we could get Holloway without taking Campbell. I don't think we can afford to have him eating cap space after next season (when we will hopefully be looking to add).
McLeod isn't more interesting than what we might have in the system and not critical enough to jump on before figuring that out first.
You're probably doing alright value wise though fans of both teams will disagree. There's not enough incentive for Montreal to take Campbell and Edmonton is not trading McLeod would be the sticking points.

Take Wideman and Myers out and you can add it to consideration for Monahan at the deadline. If it's the best offer at that point, take it. I expect there will be a better offer to be had, but I wouldn't hate this.

Texier for Harris is worth considering, but mostly because we have to move somebody for a forward. Value is in the right area just not sure about the target.

I get the idea of moving Kovacevic for someone that is still waiver exempt and can be stashed in the pipeline for now to clear some congestion at the blue line. I just don't like the target or giving him to a division rival for so cheap.

i like that these moves are diffirent that most of what we usually see. i like the idea behind most of them.

I lime the add of ryan mcleod a lot. Not a a big holloway fan so i would personally prefer a first round pick.

Think i would prefer a pick or any other position prospect instead of Villeneuve because we have such a logjam on LD.

A+ for creativity. Monahan for gauthier would be huge.
