Rossi is probably untouchable, and Barron would have little value in Minnesota. They already have two RHD averaging a combined 48 minutes per game. Terrible for the Wild.

I wouldn't say Rossi is untouchable, but the return would have to be a no-brainer and this definitely isn't it. Agreed that Faber and Spurgeon are the top 4 RHD for the foreseeable future and they have Gus for a couple more years to overlap Wallstedt hopefully moving up to the NHL next year so no real need for a goalie.

Nobody asked me, but (in my opinion):

1. Rossi is worth a lot more to Minnesota than Barron and the third, and

2. The future second is worth more to Minnesota than Allen with retention and the monkey point.

The Wild are set at both positions, as the two previous commenters note.
