But why wouldn't the Flames take the best deal possible?? If the Flames are sellers, it's not like they are making the playoffs and won't be competing against any Pacific or Western Conference teams this season.

If this is the best offer it's very disappointing. Tanev should at least get a package as good as Manson did

I'm just saying...take the best offer regardless of what team makes it. Agree with you about the return....in effect a 2nd rounder in the 20s, isn't what the Flames want.
