If Flyers move Frost I don't think it's going to be for a 29 year old. Briere stated they are still rebuilding despite over achieving, so your gonna need to offer picks or a prospect.

I’m okay with getting picks for Mony from another team instead. Out of curiosity though what do you think the Flyers would want for Frost?

I don't think it's a stretch for a team to offer a mid to late first round pick for him or maybe a one for one hockey trade. Maybe swap 24 year older Center Frost for a a similar aged Dman of similar caliber. You can see there is more there offensively, whether he finds that scoring touch with the Flyers or not is a different story. Him marching into Torts office and basically demanding Torts for more ice time seemingly ingrained him into Torts favor a bit more so I doubt he ends up getting moved as things stand now.

To move Frost I think Briere will want a combination of picks and players that give him 1st round value. Monahan makes zero sense for this team.
