Can’t see Raddysh getting $2.5m x 3 unless he finishes the season strong, after Reichel he has been the biggest disappointment this season.

Katchouk probably gets the same as Entwistle ($1m) or even a little less, after all when forced to make a decision earlier this season, Hawks management chose to waive Boris and not MacKenzie.

I trade Blackwell at the deadline for whatever I can get or let him walk in the off-season.

Mrazek has been a great story this season but no chance I sign him to 2 x $5m. Goalies are so hot and cold and he could easily revert back to his Toronto days in a heartbeat. With his history of inconsistent play and groin injuries I go no more then $3m per season otherwise I pursue one of the many more affordable options that will be available in the summer.

Kulikov is of no value, the organization is stocked full of LHD that need time and opportunity to play.

Well, something to consider with Raddysh and Katchouk is, they will be UFA's after their next contracts. No qualifying offer calculations or arbitration to worry about. So you essentially just pay them like big boys on short term deals and let them walk if they don't perform. I'm sure last years performance will factor into the calculations for Raddysh's next contract, too. In which case, something in the $2.5M area isn't too far off. Especially if it's just a means of getting to the salary floor in KD's opinion.

Outside of that exercise in logic, I do agree that they Raddysh and Katchouk shouldn't expect much in their next contracts.
