Linus Ullmark doesn't waive for Canada.

You can only offer Noah Hanifin 7 years in free agency.

And yeah Steven Stamkos isn't leaving Tampa for the mortal enemy of Boston.

You can trade a pick to get the 8th year. Columbus spent a 3rd to do that. Boston probably offers up a secondary prospect. It won’t be just $6m. Probably about a million off.

I could see Ullmark open up his NMC if it comes with an extension. That’s a leverage point for his agent to discuss with him, but I don’t see Edmonton as the targeted place
