Teravainen likely walks, so does Martinook. Pesce, at that price, i would like to see back but i could see him pricing himself out. Probably a small underpay on Jarvis. And Nikishin will hopefully be signed in the offseason so no need for Dillon.

nikishin cant come over until the khl season is over in 2025. so we'll need a 3LD next year.

pesce walks and gets that AAV for 7 years from a desperate team.

if jarvis signs a bridge it'll be a 2 year one. no reason to pay chatty or dillon those deals with Morrow and Nikishin in the wings.

Canes shouldn't bring back Pesce long term, and it pains me to say that. Concentrate on getting Slavin signed, you have Orlov and Burns for another year, get Chatfield signed. Skjei is gonna get 7 mil from someone incredibly. I'd love Dillon if you could have him on your bottom pair with chatfield, but thats unlikely.

I agree that Teuvo, Martinook, & Pesce could all get more elsewhere; If they wish to continue with the Canes, that's just where I see their deals being. Very possible, if not likely, that they are all gone.

Jarvis is the biggest wildcard in the teams offseason plans IMO. You could go long term but that's going to come at a higher AAV and give you less space the next year or two when you're in this win now window. If you do a bridge deal with a lower AAV to allow a little more $ to go around now, you'll gain space to extend him long term once Burns/Orlov are off the books and you get cheaper replacements in Morrow/Nikishin.
