So the Sabres, a team pretty much eliminated from the playoffs, are going to acquire a pending UFA, and one year of Saros, for an RFA 2nd line center, an RFA right shot defenseman, a first round pick, and two second rounders? Holy crap. I wouldn’t trade Mitts alone for Barrie and Saros. This is easily the most one-sided trade I have ever seen on this site.

Sabres don't need barrie. Value aside, if you are going to top 10 protect the Sabres pick, might as well call it a 25 first.
