They should get Swayman. He's unhappy after last year's Arbitration hearings and would likely sign a 6M AAV offersheet costing you a 1 and a 3. Or offer the Bruins something... 1st and Turcotte would be an interesting place to start on an offer.

Even on a bridge deal, I don't think you're going to get Byfield for under $6.5M.

Both Spence and Clarke on the right is going to result in a severe decline in PK efficiency. Roy is currently the #1 defender on the PK in TOI and is a big reason why the Kings PK is #1 in the NHL.

Who? Byfield or Roy?

Right now the Kings are in a holding pattern. There might be front office changes this summer, so they're not going to let Blake make any long term decisions before they see what happens with the rest of this season.

Roy. I get that, but I also think Roy knows he can get potentially 6M on the open market and I don't think the Kings should do anything close to that. 5x5 max in my opinion.
