Canucks say no. Peeke doesn’t make our lineup when everyone is healthy, and I’d rather have Juulsen over him as our 7th dman

He's barely an NHL player, I don't think he'd ever be much more than a 3RD but he does have some tools if the right team/coach took a chance on him. But the question is would you rather have him, or a guy your coach hates and only plays 7 minutes a night who makes $2M more? You could sign any number of effective 4th-liners that are a better fit for $2M, and VAN gets more flexibility going forward.
