First of all, you can only retain 3 players. Second, that would require Hanifin extension. Yet I still don't think Devils would trade away Nemec. Markström is 34 with one year left, and Nemec is their 19 year old 1RD right now (Hamilton injured). This is from just neutral POV, but I don't there is no shot of this happening.
