That won't get us Hanifan. And Tampa is lightest at RD. So not sure why they would trade their best RD away.

NO CHANCE Tampa swaps RD Cernak for LD Hanifin,
and u aren’t sending enough to CGY to balance it all out

Think about it from the Flames point of view….
Wouldn’t they rather have Cernak (signed for 7 more years) than that package???
If Hanifin would sign a deal like that, they’d just keep him

It just doesn’t really make sense for anyone,
BUT the Leafs, of course

There’s just no way at all that anything like this happens
