Description

With NJ firing Ruff and Travis Green becoming the interim head coach, these are the moves I would like to see NJ make. As of the last game against LA, I think it's best if we use Dougie's LTIR cap to facilitate moves to get some assets back. Also, with several teams looking for additional scoring I think if a team would offer a 1st round pick for Toffoli we move him and see if we can re sign him as a free agent this summer.

Give Holtz a chance in the top 6 with Green as the head coach.

If NJ does finish as a lottery team, I'm sure they could find a deal to get a goalie this summer with 1 of those 2 1st round picks.

Trading Miller because Nemec has already passed by him on the depth chart for the right side. Plus Dougie should be ready to go for next season.

Nosek could help any playoff team that needs a 4th line center. Plus its always good to have depth in the playoffs.

Let me know what you guys think of the moves. I think it would be best atm if NJ started focusing on next season.

I'd keep colin MIller if we can only get a 4th. We can get that by serving as 3rd party retention if we want.

next yr? wow all you guys need is a goalie,and dougie back for the playoffs.this is big business guy,orginizations dont just give up on the season,especially ones that have teams like the devils.you have one major major weakness and its in net,GET A REAL GOALIE!!!! you sure have a crush on Holtz huh.
