I'll never understand why so many want to give Lindholm a 7m X 7 years contract.

Cuz he just doesn’t fit W the Canucks but if he’s signs that w Boston he’s gonna be PPG and a steal

He's been a point a game player just once in his career. He seems to hitting the wall this season. I'm doubting at age 30, he improves his game much. if at all.

He’s been a very good two way center the past three years before having a down year this year. I believe this year is a write off and you can point to all the uncertainty as a driver.

I fully expect him to recover just like I expected JT Miller and Brock Boeser to recover. It’s also why I didn’t hold David Pastrnak’s down year against him when he his partner miscarried. The stress of uncertainty can always impact performance.

His overall efficiency level and 200 foot game is appealing, but Vancouver acquiring him never made any sense. I’d be fine with him or Jake Guentzel in Boston. Zacha’s versatility gives them options

Quick question for Vancouver fans.

The front office appeared ready to flip Lindholm and other considerations for Guentzel when it appeared he couldn’t play wing / Tocchet wasn’t going to play other at center.

Would it have made sense to flip Lindholm for DeBrusk and secondary assets?
