Pretty solid actually. You are still hoping for bounceback seasons from Thompson and cozens, plus hoping for a healthy season for Quinn, but there's a lot more balance here. Stephenson would be a good two way middle 6 center, and you've added a fair amount of physical play to go with it. If the scoring bounces back a bit without giving up too much on d, this could be a dangerous team.

My only concern here is whether the Sabres will have enough cap space to sign the plethora of RFAs the following season.

The Crouse deal would be very tough for Yotes to turn down..... I will say that.

Lot of Bridge Deals, JJ is the only one that has been consistent and Wahlberg and Ostlund should be ready by then.
