Going into next year with the exact same D-core + Kleven is a horrendous idea.

I like the idea of trading for Tomasino. Think he’s another player who needs a change of scenery. Kid has all the tools, just not working in Nashville right now. Only thing I’d change in the trade is taking away both picks and making those a 3rd rounder.

Same with the goalies lol. Signing another backup for 3 seasons sounds terrible to me.

Interesting Tomasino trade. Depending on the situation with Carrier extending this would get some consideration. If Trotz/Brunette think he is an upgrade over Fabbro long term or they like his potential (im not well read on JBDs potential) then this might be a good move.
