Although OEL's good and all, he is quite a big risk since he's becoming UFA soon. Isles might be better of not doing this trade - at least they wouldn't lose their prospects/picks for nothing.

Too much for 1.5 years of Oliver Ekman-Larsson and i doubt that would win the bidding war on him any ways.

I love the returns for the Isles, but I don't see either Nelson or de Haan resigning with Arizona.

I think OEL is a bit of a pipe dream for us Isles fans, but it is technically possible. We'd have to sell half of our good prospects and all of this year's 1st and 2nd rounders, but it's possible.

I think the value is there without Sorokin and the condition on the pick, but it does depend on those players being signable long term by Arizona. Another package might be better in terms of suiting their wants/needs, but I think it passes a pure value test easily.
