Every team but Chicago says no first. Most are either not enough value or young for old.

Anaheim laughs. Gibson is better than Crawford, still has room to grow, is on a better contract, and is younger. So giving up Steel in addition makes it a joke. Sharp, Franson, and Dauphin and pointless.

First, take out the players that have NMC....they say no. Then the non Hawk teams. How many trades are left.

It might be a tie between all the other teams. But Bowman probably says no to trading Toews, Kane, Crawford or Keith before them.

Good players on cheap contracts don't win cups. Great players do.

The reason the Blackhawks are mediocre this season is because of bad trades. Leddy for Pokka, Sharp for Daly/what's his name, Daly for Scuderi's contract, etc. And a few of the drafts haven't panned out either. They've lost the secondary scoring and the depth at D-so when Keith shouldn't play as many minutes each game and Seabrook as well...there hasn't been anyone to step up yet and take those minutes.
