You know those crazy Vancouver fans...

Since we're being silly talking about Tavares in Vancouver, he could add in another 1-2 million easily with the cap space he has available. What would pose a bigger question mark is: Can Markstrom lead you to the promised land, or is Thatcher Demko going to turn into a golden god over the off-season. And, what about your defense? I don't watch too many Vancouver games, nor do I really follow them that much, but I don't think any of the defensemen here have put up more than 20 something points in a few years. You don't need an Erik Karlsson, Brent Burns, or Victor Hedman, but I think you need at least one, maybe two defensemen who can put up a respectable amount of points from the blueline.

laugh laugh Tavares isn't signing with a rebuilding club in Vancouver especially not for $9.5 million on the open market he will easily command closer to $12 million.
