Leafs wouldn't do OEL for Marner + Liljegren, and you'd have to take Horton instead of Lupul.
Arizona might be better off just trading their 1st and OEL+ at the draft for whomever is picking 1st overall (unless ARI is 1oa).

Aside from the fact that the Leafs would never ever consider making such a deal, the fact alone that there's no guarantee at this point OEL can resign with the Leafs is a truly hard pass from the Leafs. Even if the Coyotes take a hard sell approach at the deadline, there is no guarantee finishing 31st overall will get them Rasmus Dahlin, just look at what happened with the lottery this past draft.
