A seventh rounder, cause the Leafs aren't trading for Tavares and his expiring contract. Now a possible sign and trade in June to any team is possible so Tavares can sign an eight year deal.

Make the third rounder a first and maybe Isles don’t hang up immediately... gonna take the kitchen sink and them some to acquire Tavares, the Isles would literally need to fall out of the race by 10+ points for that to happen which doesn’t seem all that likely.
