I like the premise of these trades, but I think you'll have to come stronger for Nash. I don't think he's worth more, but I think NYR will get a bigger offer for him which makes him worth more, if that makes sense. Also can you box up J.T. Brown and offer him up to anyone for anything... it doesn't really matter; I'd settle for a new Power Player Girl...

I want nothing to do with Nash, especially at that price. We’re not even a playoff team. ANA has bigger issues to address. The guy is just getting value off his name. He’s not even half the player he used to be. You can’t even fit him into the line-up properly. Rakell at RW on the shutdown line? Wtf? Rakell and Getzlaf should not be separated. Rakell should not be moved from his natural LW position. Also, what’s the problem with Wagner?

If you want those D-pairings you’re gonna have to address the 3rd pairing. Beauch with Bieksa is a disaster waiting to happen.
