If Crawford is done they're in real tough. Can't see Hutton wanting to go Chicago when a team like NYI or BUF could throw more money at him and show more future promise.

True, ....but there are other goalies they could get or trade for. Perhaps if he is done the Hawks should tank for a chance at Hughes....

Seabrook, for one, might be grateful with Roussel as his teammate. As for Crawford being “done”, it really would be a massive blow to the Hawks. In hindsight, drafting Jake Oettinger instead of trading down with Dallas to pick Jokiharju would perhaps have been a more prudent choice. Especially when Bowman drafted another puck-moving RHD this Draft. Obviously, JO may not be NHL ready for a couple of more years, which, coincidentally is when Crawford actually will be off their books. Just saying...

So I moved to Dallas 4 years ago from chicago and got season tickets. Rousell has way more talent then people give him credit for. He's a better version of Shaw, and more effective in every way. Potentially he could play on any line...I'm not sure there is a team in the league that needs the effective sandpaper he brings...vastly underrated signing imo if it happens....

Yep, I agree this would be a real good signing for the Hawks. I was poking a little dig into Seabs from his yesteryear fight with Roussel, that’s all.
