I’d love to get that haul for those two contracts. Don’t think it’s realistic, but I’d love to get it. I like your lines but I’d bet if they put Vilardi and Kempe on line 3, you’re likely to see a veteran (e.g. Lewis) with them. I also think they’re going to keep Muzz and Martinez together which means Phaneuf will play 3rd line mentor and PP specialist

Why trade away Nate Thompson when you have a spot open on the roster? (Even for a fourth-rounder.) And I think Blake and Stevens like Kyle Clifford more than they'll like Sheldon Rempal, at least this year.

...and you've traded away any remaining physicality this team has ever had. This roster is incredibly soft and would get pushed around easily.
