Description
The idea is to target high end 18-20 year old Finn (and Swede) prospects mainly on teams that are already in their win-now or win-soon windows with current rosters. These guys could make a big difference 2-3 years down the road for Montreal.

The roster shown is meant to show projected depth chart for 2020 or so, rather than current year's team. Assuming Max P. re-signs in Anaheim, reasonable to estimate that we draft at #4 and #20 in 2019, and take Kirby Dach (C) and Philip Broberg (LHD)

Petry would not waive to come back to Edmonton, that saga is in the past and its best that way. Also no way we give up Pulju for Petry, he is too old for that to make any sense for us. His points last year were a career high and I dont think he can repeat that/raise that level. If Pulju gets traded its in a package for a 1d.

They dump two big salaries, get Mete who helps their LD future TREMENDOUSLY, and they get Scherbak + two picks. Yes, Vesa is a huge loss but they gain more from this then they lose.
