I definitely wouldn't risk that 1st Round Pick (MTL) for Duchene... We would ourselves in the exact same situation Ottawa it currently in.. that 1st Round Pick will be a top 5 Pick

I think there might be a bit of overpayment by some teams in these deals idk if you would get that for Condon Karlsson trade could work same with the Stone deal don't know what the return would be like for Duchene but why would you want to to trade him when you yourself need him for centre depth the last thing the Senators want a s to be dead last

Definitely the wrong team to trade Duchene to. Montreal is in a similar situation as Ottawa. Probably the team most dependent one player, Price, than any other team in hockey. Almost no chance they trade a top 5-7 pick for a player they will not keep.
