Description

Tough decisions. Don't like to trade SJ's 1st and Nylander for a rental in Staal + Coyle, but shedding Okposo and Sobotka and much of their salaries makes it palatable. Also, with still having 3 firsts in the next two drafts and Mittelstadt, Thompson, Olofsson, Asplund, Guhle and Borgen in Rochester, the quartet of prospects at the WJC (Pekar, Luukkonen, Laaksonen and Samuelsson), Davidsson in Europe and some interesting college prospects, the future is still bright.

Why would they send Mittelstadt down at this point. Also Bailey is a career ahler, why would they call him up

Not trading Nylander who is our best prospect. His ceiling is amazingly high and he will most likely reach most of it making him a very good top 6 forward
