Blues can choose to keep their first round pick this year if it's a top 10.
I was going to say no way in hell, but then I saw Dobson...it's hard to say no to that. Not a fan of getting Nelson back especially since he's a UFA. Maybe switch out O'Reilly for Schenn and eliminate Nelson from the Islanders side. It would suck to take on Clutterbuck though.

Hard pass on getting O'Reilly. Isles can improve down the middle in the offseason without giving up Dobson. Also, I don't see Brock going anywhere anymore. He seems to have earned his spot with Trotz, so as long as he doesn't price himself off the team, he'll be back.
