Mahura is in his first professional season and held his own in his time with the ducks. His offensive game is where his value is. I’ve thought he would be worth pick 20-35ish, late first early 2nd. Highly unlikely he is even available tho. If the ducks are going to make a big shake up it’ll be a Dman that’s moved probly in the offseason and Mahura will be apart of the reason why that trade could happen.

Good point. The Ducks could get forwards that make an immediate difference if they move one of their top 4 D in the off-season. Mahura could be one of the guys that fills the hole left behind. From Ducks point of view that likely makes more sense.

Anaheim moved Petterson to Pittsburgh for Sprong, who was a mid second round pick. That move seems to working out for both teams. Petterson likely not quite as valuable as Mahura though.
