Aside from why either team would make this trade, as proposed above between Kane, Toews, Price and Weber, the Blackhawks would have almost $40M in cap space tied up for the next 5 years. That's 4 players using up almost 50% of the projected cap for next season. On a scale of 1 to 10 for cap management, that'd come in at insane and inane.
The Blackhawks have been losing player after player since 2010 due to the cap. There's no way they should take on more huge long term contracts.
