No way the pens sign Tavares on 10.5 alone.
If Tavares goes into the open market (which is highly unlikely) he's walking away with at least 12 Mil.

laugh laugh Try more like $12 million for Tavares and he's not going to be a #3C in Pittsburgh Tavares wants to be the #1C and he's not going to play 2nd fiddle behind both Crosby and Malkin Dream on he'll sign with Detroit before Pittsburgh.
