If anything I feel the Leafs are going to avoid Merkley. The last thing they need is another Jake Gardiner. Merkley is a pushover when it comes to defence.

They'd probably be looking more at Jett Woo or K'Andre Miller if the picks went like that leading up to them.

Jett Woo is a hot head. Not what we need on the blue line. K'Andre Miller would be a good option. If Evan Bouchard is available id take him

I can agree with that. I think Bouchard is gonna be the steal of this draft. Most mocks I've seen have him going around #25 - #30 though

If those are legit mocks, and not stuff you see here, then Bouchard will be going a lot higher. Big RHD with two way ability will not last past 15. He's excellent.
