I don't see why Boston does this deal. They are loaded w/ LW and Zuc isn't a need. Hell I don't even know where he slots in with this team on the LW. Doesn't make sense for Boston to give up two of their top prospects + a pair of 2nd's for a guy whose only signed through next season.

I think Zuc fits on Boston wonderfully but not at this cost.

You are below the Cap floor.

Jets don't send that much for Grabner either. Actually like where you send the players, but not the cost.

Nash, Staal, Grabner would go. Shattenkirk would not fetch a 1st from the Oil for his price tag.

Where? Here is Boston's current line-up (when healthy and no suspensions)

Marchand - Bergeron - Pastrnak
DeBrusk - Krejci - Spooner
Heinen - Nash - Backes
Schaller - Kuraly - Acciari

^Who is Zuc replacing on the LW?

I think for a playoff push you create depth.. insert on 2 or 3 and slide the others down. Heinen has been great , but depther is greater. Zuc can play RW too... so maybe Spooner gets bounced

So Boston is going to either "bump down" guys who are performing well at the NHL level and have chemistry with their linemates or bounce Spooner who over his last 10 is playing at a .80 PPG click?

I don't see Zuc as someone who takes Boston from contender to favorite.

Anaheim Ducks don't want any of those trades, Kreider is a shell of his past self because of all of his injury history. And they don't need Holden, they have plenty of defensive prospects for next year: Larsson, Petterson, Megna, Welinski, Mahura.
