Sam Steel isn't playing the NHL this year. Also, Eaves is on the IR and won't be coming back this year. My guess is you're a Vancouver fan... This is a mess. Trades are off big time too.

Why is Silfverberg at LW? Why Rakell on the 3rd Line? Steel cannot come up. Why Henrique at LW? Why Trade Vermette. You know nothing about the Ducks.

The thought processes behind each deal contradict each other. The Vermette deal doesn't make sense unless we're not in the playoffs. The Hutton deal doesn't make sense unless we're in the playoffs. Regardless, TB doesn't pay that much for Vermette. He's a shadow of his former self and is probably worth at max a 3rd at the TDL. Moreover, we have no need for a LD. We're also not giving up our 1st round pick, especially considering it's a lottery pick right now.

The line-up is a mess.
