Name other teams prospects you think are equal to Sprong.

Equal value? Ryan Poehling, Tage Thompson, Klim Kostin, Taylor Raddysh.

Value, potential, both. you pick. but usually one compliments the other.

hmmm. you are only picking guys younger then Sprong, which is interesting. Raddysh and Kostin are decent comparisons. But all 4 guys have played at World Junior levels, all more than once (U17, U18, and U20) Sprong hasn't even once. Poehling and Thompson are also legit centers. Kostin can play C too.

Sprong the most NHL ready out of the bunch, by far. I couldn’t really find any 20YO that compare to Sprong in my mind. Sprong never played WJC because he was in the NHL in 2015 and injured 2016. 2014, I have no clue.

I wish. I don’t believe Domi is actually going to be traded. The price is damn high.

Well I would disagree about the most NHL ready. Thompson has almost solidified his spot on STL, he got called when there were injuries, now everyone is starting to come back healthy and he's sticking around. and STL is still a pretty stacked team.

Did some digging, Sprong wasn't eligible to play world juniors because he had Dutch citizenship before 2016, and the Netherlands don't have a team. When he got Canadian citizenship, as you say, he was injured in 2016 and never got invited to Hockey Canada camp. so that solves that mystery lol

Me too, but he has been primarily at Center the last 15-20 games..... Mario and Tie Domi are working this out with Arizona as we speak????

I didn’t know Thompson was called up. Anyways, Sprong isn’t well liked by our coaching staff and that’s why he’s in the AHL. His complete game is good, just his attitude is bad.

I see Sprong getting moved for Pageau eventually. Sprong is on the outs with the coaches. I don’t understand that Vancouver part, but Sprong would be moved for a center.

With Simon and Guentzel also at C (which every team wants to fill) . I was thinking Hutton Baertchi \ Sprong Cole

What happened for you to say he has a bad attitude? and you don't think having a poop attitude would diminish value? no one wants a problem player.

I don’t know what, but I have such info about Sullivan not liking him. He’s not a problem, it’s more just ego/attitude.

Penguins wouldn’t do it. Simon and Guentzel are better playing wing.
