The premise of trading the old core (Price, Patches, Weber, Plecky) is interesting but these trades are crazy. The worse being a first AND a second for a 79 years old offensively challenged Plekanec with an expiring contract?! You have a good idea but need to rework these trades IMO.

Many trades don't meet other teams needs, personnel or cap wise.

Cheers! I would argue, however, that mullets aren't retro because they are an intemporal sign of manliness. Not only that but their aerodynamism makes one skate faster.

lol TBH, the way thigs are going up there I'll be rocking an Al Iafrate skullet pretty soon. I'll just focus on growing an epic Lanny McDonald 'stach so people don't notice
