I don't know much about these guys, sorry if this is way off ... MTL?

Not making a lineup here, but even though i'm a Rangers fan, i don't know too much about Chytil or Bereglazov. Is this fair for Pacioretty? Too much? Not enough?

MTL would be very happy with that trade, Chytil is a guy NYR is looking to build around cound be a franchise player. Plus NYR doesn't want a guy like patches.

This would be an awful trade for the Rangers. Trading Chytil who is our best prospect and has potential to become a very good player in the future would be terrible especially for Pacioretty. Chytil is on a better pace then William Nylander was as an AHLer at 18 and just behind Pastrnak.

Okay then, what would be more reasonable for Pacioretty? I don't know a ton about a lot of prospects, mainly the NHLers. What would be more fair from the Rangers for Pacioretty?

Yeah, and they could use another scorer to maybe be a contender next year. Their forward group is pretty good, but could use some improvement at the top. Sure, maybe i gave up too much there but i think he could be a good fit there.

Raif, Rangers are not looking to be competitive next year either. If they were, they'd have no interest in moving McDonagh this year, who is the only thing keeping that defense core stable.
