From the Habs vantage point, that's two decent players for a lot of pluggers. Happy to send Danault and Byron up the 401, but not for scraps. Here's simplicity: since everyone in Toronto knows they're going to win the Cup this year, how about Danault and Byron for the #1 pick -- #31 over all?

I didn't even notice the Nashville deal... Ellis for a bunch of 3rd/4th liners and prospects. Only to play Ellis on the 3rd line.
